  • All registration fee is payable in US$.
  • For regular registration (non-student category), the ICLA membership fee is included in the early registration rate. Starting from the regular registration period, the membership fee will no longer be included. Non-members must select the membership option and pay the applicable fee during registration.
  • Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their student status

Registration Instructions

  • All registration fees can be paid via PayPal (credit card) or bank transfer.

Bank Transfer

  • Please be informed that the fee must be transferred under the registrant’s name.
  • Any surcharges or remittance fees incurred to make the transfer should be paid by the registrants.
  • A Copy of the transfer from the bank must be sent to the secretariat (secretariat@icla2025seoul.com).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Procedure

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the 2025 ICLA Congress-Seoul Secretariat at secretariat@icla2025seoul.com.
  • The Conference Committee reserves the right to review individual cases of late cancellations and determine if partial or no reimbursement will be granted.

2. Refund Policy

  • Before May 28, 2025 (60 days before the Congress): 75% refund (excluding PayPal transaction fees, if applicable)
  • Between May 29 – June 28, 2025 (30-60 days before the Congress): 25% refund (excluding PayPal transaction fees, if applicable)
  • After June 28, 2025 (within 30 days of the Congress): No refund
  • PayPal: A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • Bank Transfer: Refunds will be processed in a single batch according to the following schedule:
    • Early Registration Period: Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the early registration deadline.
    • Regular Registration Period: Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the regular registration deadline.
    • Late Registration Period: Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks after the conference.
  • Any payments made after initial registration must be made via bank transfer.
  • Refunds for these payments will follow the bank transfer refund schedule outlined above.

Visa Invitation Letter Application Process

  1. Log in to ConfTool
  2. Click Edit User Account Details
    1. Select ”Yes” for Visa Invitation Letter Request
    2. Enter the following information:
      • Nationality
      • Date of Birth
      • Passport No.
      • Passport Expiry Date
      • Date of Arrival
      • Date of Departure
  3. Go to the Overview page and click Visa Invitation Letter
※ If you are not a presenting author of an accepted contribution but require a visa invitation letter, please contact the Secretariat(secretariat@icla2025seoul.com) individually. The invitation letter will be issued after identity verification.
